CUT HOLE IN WALL AND REPLACED PLUMBING BETWEEN FLOOR AND CEILING OF FIRST AND SECOND FLOORS. DENNIS WAS THERE AN HOUR AFTER HE WAS PAGED ON A SUNDAY MORNING, WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND WAS EVEN NICE TO MY NOSY DOGS. HE IS SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGABLE IN CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HVAC, AND REMODELING KITCHENS AND GENERAL HOUSEHOLD MAINTENANCE. HE IS ORGANIZED, EFFICIENT, EXPERIENCED, AND WILLING TO CUSTOMIZE SERVICE TO WORK WITH A VARIETY OF NEEDS.
