AFTER CALLING SEVERAL MASONS JUST TO TRY TO GET AN ESTIMATE (NONE CALLED ME BACK), DAVE WOODS NOT ONLY CALLED ME BACK, BUT WENT TO SOME TROUBLE TO DO SO. HE ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE, ARRIVED ON TIME TO DO THE REPAIR WORK, AND HE EVEN ACCOMMODATED MY REQUEST TO HAVE THE WORK DONE BEFORE A SCHEDULED FAMILY GATHERING. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT AND THEY EVEN TOUCHED UP THE SPACE BETWEEN THE WALL AND MY PATIO (WHERE THE ORIGINAL MORTAR HAD CRACKED) AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. LASTLY, THE PRICE FOR THE WORK WAS BELOW DAVE'S NORMAL MINIMUM OF $300, BUT HE WAS DOING SOME NEW CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND AS SUCH OFFERED A LOWER THAN MINIMUM PRICE. VERY FRIENDLY AND DEDICATED TO DOING A GOOD JOB. I WILL CERTAINLY USE DAVE WOODS AGAIN FOR ANY MASONRY WORK.
