+ 0 moreThe quote amount was around $2000. He will be coming out shortly to do the work. He will be replacing any wood that needs to be replaced. He will be power washing the house and he will then do the sanding, caulking, wood replacement, and the painting. He is excellent. He will come out when he can fit me into his schedule and that is okay with me. In the past, he has come out on time and has cleaned up. I will consider using him again.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Courtesy Painting & Remodeling, a month ago. It was for exterior painting and replacing the exterior wooden trims.

+ -1 moreI CALLED ED LESTER AND HE CAME TO MY HOME TO QUOTE DRYWALL MUDDING, SANDING, TEXTURE CEILING, AND INSTALL 2 DOORS IN MY BASEMENT. HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE QUOTED THE JOB IN 2 DAYS AT $1275. I HIRED A DIFFERENT DRYWALLER THAT WAS $500 LESS.

Description of Work: HAD WATER DAMAGE REPAIRED ON A BEDROOM WINDOW. WINDOW SILL, BRICK MOLDING AND OTHER TRIM BOARDS WERE REPLACED. ALSO, 1 NEW WINDOW PANEL WAS INSTALLED.
