Ken and his associate did an excellent job with our garage floor! We are very pleased with the results.  They sanded and painted the floor with an epoxy finish with the colors we chose.  They applied partial 1/4" flakes to the floor and they completed the process with a glossy topcoat and non-skid finish.  The price was reasonable and Ken was willing to negotiate with us for a slight misunderstanding of the scope of the project. Thank you for doing such a great job in our garage!

I contacted four different companies last summer for quotes to do an epoxy floor on my three car garage. Ken promptly returned my call and gave me all the information that I requested and explained all the options I had with the floor covering. He was the only company that offered to come to my house to take exact measurements and show me in person all of the different floor options that he offered. I took him up on his offer and he stopped by the same day. His price was slightly higher than his competitors, but he was by far the most experienced and professional so I chose to go with him. Ken did the job exactly when he said he would and I have been very happy with the results. It has been nine months and the floor looks as perfect as the day he finished.

When we moved to our new home, there was some damage done to our epoxy floor via the moving company. Ken was asked to come and take a look in order to repair. He said that it may be difficult to do a color match, but he would do whatever it takes to match the existing color. Ken tried a color and it didn't quite match, so he tried another, then another until he was good with what he had done. This guy is amazing. Each time he did the work, he would come back the next day to check and if he was not happy he would order another color and try again the next week. This went on for about 3 weeks until we found the closest color match. I have never met someone with the work ethic that Ken has. We will definitely use him again and I promise you that you will not go wrong using his services. A true professional, honest guy!! Thanks Ken!

Ken, the owner, came out and provided us an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and a great resource on all of our options. When Ken came to perform the work, he was always punctual, thorough, and clean. He finished the job in the exact amount of time he estimated and exactly to the estimate. The floor looks beautiful!! This was a great investment for us and completely changed the look of our garage. We have had a lot of compliments. Ken was a complete professional and excellent to work with. Thanks!

Ken epoxied my mom's garage floor as well. Ken was on time and always called to let you know when he would be there. The job looked great. I would definitely recommend him for your epoxy job.

Ken showed up on time, had good communication. My floor had several LARGE cracks, he was able to patch them up and after sanding them he put epoxy and chips down. It looks like a new floor.

Ken(Owner) responded to my email through his web-sight on the next day. He set up a time to come and properly inspect my garage floor to offer a proper estimate. When he showed up, he spent all the time necessary to educate me, inform me of all my floor application options and answered any and all my questions. NEVER did I feel pressure or forced to make any decision that was not mine, or feel like I was being steered in a direction that I did not want to go. Ken's respect of the customer is #1....Not found very often or at all these days. My floor was installed in the time frame he promised and the workmanship could not be any better. If you don't have COLT(KEN) do your floor application, then you probably won't be happy. Especially after you see my floor:) THANKS KEN!

Colt industries did the work in the estimated timeline and it matched the cost estimate. I did notice after the 3-day drying period that there were still large areas in the garage that looked wet. I contacted Colt Industries to see if this was expected and they said it may be. I waited another 5 days to see if they would go away and they did not. Colt Industries said by this time the spots wouldn't go away. This was a dissapointment becuase my expectation was to have a unifrom colored floor since it was brand new. Because of the non-uniform color, Colt Industries said they would come out and put another layer on top of the existing layer at no extra charge. They also said thay would put a pure epoxy floor on top of it for $1000 instead of the normal $1,800 it would normallly cost as a second option. This house project was a dependancy for a few other major house projects so I couldn't afford to go through the multiple days of having everything out of the garage, including the cars, again. Because of this, I proposed to Colt Industries that they provide up to a 10% refund on the garage portion of the work becuase it didn't meet expections. They provided a 10% refund without questions. It sounded like this was a new product that had not been used before by Colt Industries so the lack of experience led to the color differences. Colt Industries should have gotten it right the first time, and from a functional perspective it is right. However, since they were willing to refund 10% of the price, I feel I was compensated for the discoloration. Over time the discoloration will likely become less and less noticable.

I THOUGHT THEY DID JUST A VERY FINE, PROFESSIONAL JOB. VERY METICULOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE DISCUSSED ALL OF THE OPTIONS AND EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT.
