.We are very happy with them. They pick up and deliver. They can get out pet spots.

Excellent from the first phone contact to Clearwater, to a phone conversation with the owner about what I had done to try and clean the cream out of the rug, to the free pick up, amazing cleaning, and delivery.  That was on the two antique rugs. They did a great job on our hallway and bedroom cleaning.  Explaining how they do it and why. The old lounge chair almost looks new again.  Great job. Very professional, competitively priced, an independent, did a great job!  I assure you, you will be pleased.

It turned out very well! They had a quick turn around time, which was appreciated. They were also happy to answer any questions. I would certainly use them again in the future.

We were extremely pleased with Clearwater Oriental Rug Cleaning. The method they used totally removed the stains and odor from the carpet. It came back looking like new. We were also very pleased with how fast they were able to get the rug back to us. We will definitely use this company again when the need arises.

Good experience. I had used them in the past for doing my oriental carpets. This time I also had them do some wall to wall carpeting. Quality servcice done prfessionally for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

We just had our carpets cleaned and they did an excellent job. They were prompt, friendly and courteous. We liked them very much. David is the owner, I don't know his last name, but they came and picked up everything and they hand delivered it back to us. We thought they were very thorough and they did a very good job. They were easy to work with and prompt in returning calls. Their prices were reasonable; on target I thought.

One of my dogs was sick and made a large mess on the floor. They worked me in the schedule the next day and removed all remnants of spots. They did an excellent job. They were very quick and professional. I also had them clean a rug that was a mess with dog hair that I struggled to get out. They took care of it and it looks as good as new. I would recommend their work to anyone that needs rugs and carpet cleaned.

We had an emergency with Paint being spilled on our carpet on a Sunday by daughter. We called and they came out that day and to our amazement it is back to looking new.

The experience worked out very well. They did the work 3 or 4 months ago. They were fine to work with. Their price was fair. I probably would use them in the future.

They did an awesome job with our rugs. We could not of been more pleased. They took the time, had the proper equipment and put the effort in to make sure our rugs were thoroughly cleaned. Both the President of the Company and the Controller were so impressed that they had them out to their individual homes to clean their rugs also.

Always timely, in and out, great to work with. My family was out of control; so many spots on the carpet. Someone walked across the white carpet with black on shoes, we tried to clean. I thought CMS would help, but he made it look like new. All spots gone. No shading. I worked with them for years but this time I was surprised.

Phillip was on time, arrived with helper! Were courteous, non-invasive. Best of all my dingy white carpet looked brand new!
