Mu name is Michael Pratt, owner and operator of C&D Door Service in Hamilton County. I have built my company and reputation around a commitment to providing positive customer experiences. I believe it’s necessary to give upfront pricing and a clear-no pressure explanation for anyone trying to make a good|educated decision about something as important as their garage door. My process is pretty straightforward, every appointment starts off as a free in-home estimate. The idea being, after inspecting the door and opener, a quote with all available options, itemized repair costs and any additional taxes/labor are discussed before committing to any repairs. No additional charge for nights and weekend appointments. Same day and Emergency service available. No job too big or small. Garage Door Installation and Replacement
Mike was very professional and honest, and I truly appreciated that. I was thinking that the door would need to be replaced and to my surprise Mike stated he would be able to repair it. After discussing my options between repairing or replacing. I chose to move forward with the repair, and I am glad I did. He did an outstanding job and the door works better now than it has in a long time.

Great experience. Mike reviewed the issue, discussed the options, listens to the customer and their thoughts and makes recommendations, giving clear descriptions of any and all charges before he begins work. He found an issue that we hadn't discussed, with the lights not working on the overhead garage door opener. He attempted to repair but was unsuccessful, and there was no charge. His pricing is very fair. Quality work. I will definitely be asking Mike to do any additional garage work needed, and certainly will recommend to my friends. Thank you, Mike!

C & D Garage Door Service repaired my garage door opener. Mike was very knowledgeable and honest and did the repair in a very timely fashion. He even came at 8 at night because he knew I needed to get my car out of the garage. I will never let anyone except C&D work on my garage door again!

Mike was able to get me scheduled quickly, showed up within the time quoted, gave me a text before his arrival. He was able to fix both springs on my garage door very quickly. His service included full check of my door and garage door opener. Very reasonable pricing.
