Our experience with Julianne Jaensson could not have been better! We interviewed several different realtors from different agencies and with confidence, we selected Julianne. She exhibited professionalism, confidence and the knowledge needed to make this a successful transaction! Julianne hired a photographer to take pictures that showcased the best features possible in our home, she already had clients in mind that may want to see our house and hosted a successful open house. Another thing we appreciated about Julianne was her negotiation skills. We felt like our home was priced right and she was able to deliver the price point we were seeking. Also, the closing was a breeze! After this first hurtle, it was on to the home building process. We had never built a home before and were very nervous about what to expect. She was able to educate us in the process and be right by our side anytime needed to make our new home building experience the best it could be. I can say with confidence, I will never use anyone but her!! Her honesty and integrity have won us over!
