Description of Work: I have been a member of the unlimited wash club for several years. On 1/30/14 the bumper was ripped off of my car by a malfunction at the carwash. I filled out a form, went back to check on status, sent a certified letter, then finally had to resort to small claims court. The company has ignored all of my attempts to contact them. They did not show up in court. I received a judgment for the damages. I warn anyone who plans on using this car wash that this is the way they treat loyal customers. Anyone is welcome to see the court detail to verify what I am saying.

 + 2 moreMy fiancé and I have used them multiple times for washes and waxes on both of our vehicles. They've also detailed the interior of her car. They do an amazing job and the staff is always pleasant. I believe they also do dent repair as well. I will continue to use them for all my car detail needs.

 + -1 moreWe use Car Wash King often. They are always professional and friendly. As you are leaving the car wash they wipe the car down. If it rains the next day you can come in for a free wash. They are extremely willing to please.

 + -1 moreI honestly feel like my car looks cleaner and newer than when I drove it off the lot. I am so impressed with the service and performance of my car detail that I am telling all of my friends to use this service provider. I couldn't even tell there was a dent in my door once they fixed it. Every crumb, hair, dust particle, candy, dirt, rock, etc. was nowhere to be found in my vehicle. The leather looks phenomenal, and the glass looks perfect. The employees were professional and kind and they went above and beyond with my service. They were effecient with their time and it only took 5 hours total from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with Car Wash King and will surely use them in the future!
Description of Work: Car Wash King did an entire interior detail and wax to my vehicle. They also repaired a dent for me in my passenger side door.
