They found the problem and repaired it. Part cost $3.99; total service $76.27. When I got it home, it started on the third pull and it works nicely. I dropped it off at their shop on a Friday afternoon and picked it upon the next Wednesday afternoon.

 Tough to start. The had them done in a week at a very busy time. From the list of items serviced they did a lot. I have not used them since I got them home but trust they are top condition now. If not I will comment. 
Good work at a good price. 

From the initial call with Harvey to troubleshoot possible issues as to why the snowblower wouldn?t start, to the return of it to our home by Josh, Campbell?s provided excellent service! We?ve used Campbell?s in the past to repair our power washer, and will certainly use them again in the future!

They were awesome. I would rely on them, they are dependable, and the price is reasonable.

My mower was done days before I was told it would be! And when I called to come pick it up, it the fella on the phone was so nice and in a good mood. They helped load the mower into my van,too.

They are not fancy but the pricing is really fair. He does really good work and his people is nice too.

They did a phenomenal job.  I called, asked if I could get my mower looked at. and they not only looked at it that day, but had it back to me the very next one.  And, they looked and saw that it was under warranty so it didn't cost me a dime.  Great stuff, and I will be using them again.

The tractor would no longer run, so I took it to Campbells.  They said to give me an estimate, I needed to agree to allow them to rebuild the carburetor, which I did.  The estimate was to rebuild the engine for a total of $500 including the Carburetor work which was already done.  I agreed, and the work was to be completed by a certain date once the block had been machined.  On the appointed date, they said the mower was ready.  After I had paid the agreed upon price, the mower would not run.  Since I was leaving to go out of town for the winter, Harvey offered to store the mower for the winter, fix the mower, and I could pick it up in the spring.  This is what we did.  When I picked up the mower this sping, it ran fine.  The only thing wrong was the spark plug was fouled and I had a new plug on hand.  It has run for 2 months without any other incident.
I would recommend Campbells to service your mower or any other small engine, and you can trust that it will be done in a professional manner by a qualified technician in a sound business environment.

I needed to replace a wheel on a push mower and had been waiting for several months on the backordered part from Sears.  I visited Campbell Sales and Service and he had the part in stock.  He replaced the wheel on the spot.  Very friendly and knowledgeable and provided great service at an extremely reasonable price and convenience.

lawn mower needed wheels replaced (one was broken, others were wobbly), a tune up and blade sharpening.   I expressed that this was an old (approx. 12 years old) mower, so I did not want to put a lot of money into.    They quoted me a price of $60 to replace the wheels with used wheels and perform the tune-up and blade sharpening.     The price came in at almost exactly what they quoted.    When I got the mower home, I realized the front wheels were on too tight, making the mower hard to push.   I took it back and they quickly saw the problem and fixed it at no additional charge, as expected.  I had hoped they would be able to fix it immediately, but it was a "next day" fix.    All in all a good experience.  I'm quite pleased with the end result and will certainly use them again and it was well worth the cost.

I called Campbell's when I noticed that I had an oil leak on my Craftsman riding mower.  They are one of the few repair shops that will pick-up & drop-off a riding mower in the area.  The charge was reasonable for this service - $45 round trip and they picked up the mower in a matter of hours.  Once they had it at their shop I was left a bit in the dark as I had to contact them for updates and answers on what they had determined as the issue.  A couple of calls were answered by what I assume were mechanics as they seamed rushed and were not able to find the paperwork to give me an update.  Once the mower repair (valve cover gasket) was completed, it was delivered back to us in a timely manner.  The next day we fired it up and still were greeted with smoke from around the muffler.  I let it run for a bit to see if it was residual that would burn off, which it didn't.  After letting it sit for a bit I noticed a small amount of fresh oil dripping on the muffler similar to when it went for repairs.  I could see that they had replaced the gasket, but must not have had a good seal.  This led to an immediate call to them - this time the phone was answered by the owner (his name escapes me) who was very easy to deal with.  He was upset at the issue (on his end), stated that all their work is guaranteed, and had the mower picked up within an hour.  It was put at the front of the line, repaired (again), and returned in less than a day - no extra charges of course.  The next day I started it - no smoke or dripping oil.  Overall, with a couple of minor hiccups, they provided the service that I needed and the owner was very pleasant and knowledgable.  I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of mower repairs - especially pick-up & drop-off services.

I stopped in to see if they had a replacement wheel for my Craftsman push mower.  They had the wheel and installed it immediately.  Very friendly and knowledgeable.  I will definitely use Campbell's again.

They repaired my tiller and weedwacker.  They also gave me advice on how to prevent future problems.  A week later the same problem reoccurred.  He was able to fix the problem in about 5 minutes free of charge.

I picked up the lawn mower three weeks later. I could not get it to start when I got home. I took it back to them, they kept it for another 2 weeks. I mowed my lawn twice and I wanted to mow again the other day and it wouldn't start, it did not start the next day, and today it started but then it stops. They had my trimmer for 2 months and it's not starting now either. I spoke to Campbell's again, he said to bring the mower to him. I asked him to pick it up because I cannot lift it into my truck. He said he would need to charge me to pick it up. They are both doing the same thing they did before I took it to him.

They are good. They are knowledgeable and do a good job.
