The company was very responsive and got to me the same day I put my ticket on Angi. The gentleman (I'm horrible with names) was very respectful and quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. I was only charged the call fee which was reasonable. I don't think I got the Angi 20% off that I should have, but I forgot to ask for it. That should be more of a default rather than me having to remember. (But that's more an Angi issue rather than the vendor.) All-in-all I would definitely use them again.

Jamie is incredibly professional and yet personalized my needs. He came on time as promised. Worked until project completed and cleaned up entire area. Instructed me on how to properly use the new equipment and even offered to return if I needed more instruction! I would recommend Jamie very highly and cannot thank him enough.

I was told two times when someone would be coming to my home with a phone call 30 minutes prior to arriving. No one called or arrived, I called again and asked what happened, no one could tell me and said we have you on the schedule for that afternoon. Someone did finally showed up. He did assessment of what I needed for the seal on the bottom of my garage door, because that was all I needed to be done. I had to pay a $100 deposit for him to come back the next day. He told me that he would give coupon discounts and not charge for his labor. The next day he did a nice job on the bottom seal installation and charged me $478, which I paid because the work was done. I felt that I had been ripped off, in total I paid for the bottom seal $578, I could have gotten a new garage door. I went online and checked prices for the parts he used and found the cost would have been a little over $100. I am a senor and I feel that this company is ripping people off and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Jaime with AGDS was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful in helping select the garage doors that works best for my needs. I replaced two old wooden roll up doors with new steel insulated doors along with installing a new opener and wireless keypad. AGDS pricing is very competitive when compared to, two other quotes I received from other notable garage door companies in the Indy area. Quality products coupled with quality installation and customer service where all outstanding.
