I talked to Jasin on the ohone when making the appointment. He answered all my questions, didn't rush me. My overall experience was A+ excellent.

Called Jeff, got my car in quickly. They removed old window tinting that had bubbled up from another company on 4 side windows and the rear window. Was worried the rear window might be a problem with the defrost and radio antenna but both worked fine after they did it. Now I can see & would highly recommend them.

I had a truck bedliner put in my 2010 Ford Ranger pickup and it was so dirty it actually looked used to me. After 2 attempts at cleaning, it still looks bad. They also did not cut holes in it for the tie downs so I had to bring it back for that. Next I talked to Jeff and prepaid for a "Tonno Cover" brand bed cover. They charged me $459 + tax for an item that full retail from the company (per Tonno Cover web site), was supposed to be $299. When it supposedly arrived I sceduled an appointment to have it installed with Jason. To my surprise, they had switched the brand of cover to the "Rugged Cover" brand WITHOUT telling me, much less getting my approval! Later I called to speak to Vance (I believe he is the owner), but Jeff answered and said that Vance had left for the day. I then told Jeff my concerns, he said he would chech on a solution and call me back. Guess what.. no return call yet! I don't know if they are a memeber of the BBB, or ant y other quality assurance group, but I mean to lodge complaints with any and all that I can until I get some satisfaction

They did a good job, and I have no complaints.
