Hourly rate was quoted at the time of drop off. Machine was repaired but I found the charges to be excessive for the work requested.

Mr. Arbuckle was very polite and congenial and attended to the problem soon after my arrival. He was able to repair the machine while I waited (and the guy is over 80!).

I TOOK MY VAC TO A1 AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $300 FOR THE REPAIRS.I WENT TO ARBUCKLES AND THEY FIXED IT FOR $95 DOLLARS. I AM GLAD THEY WERE HONEST. IT SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY.
