Mylum was STELLAR! He came to work with my mother, not knowing my background in roofing; or that he was being ‘scrutinized closely’! Passed with an A+ from start to finish of the project. Worked with the adjuster, the HOA folks, around her calendar, I think he even controlled the weather! Communication is critical for home owners & this went Top Notch! would heartily recommend Roof It Forward and would give them more than 5 stars. Working with Nick made everything much easier, especially working with my insurance company. I could not have done it by myself. Nick accomplished more than I thought would be possible, even getting me a total reproof. The free upgrade to a better shingle was also much appreciated.

My entire experience has been horrible. The crew hired to do the roof was smoking pot in their vehicles in front of my property and left trash in my yard. The siding crew ripped off the wrong side of my house, the wrong siding was put on and had to be redone. It looks terrible and is already coming off and bubbling, and it was just done this summer. They tore up plants, left enough nails in my yard that filled 2 baggies, disconnected my AC unit, and completely covered my dryer vent. My downspouts were not put on correctly and the elbows were not put on at all. My guttering is now falling off because they didn’t even attach it. They did not have a dumpster to put the material in and left it all in my driveway, yet they charged my insurance for the dumpster. I was lied to on more than one occasion. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any business, and it continues to be that way, as we’re are still finding things that were not done correctly.

Nick rang my doorbell and offered a free roof inspection noting that there had been hail damage on other homes in the area. He took detailed photos, reviewed them with me and offered to work with my insurance company to get a roof replacement approved. Everything Nick said and did was truthful and helpful. The roofing crew did a great job and took care to prevent damage or leave any trash or debris. I would highly recommend Roof It Forward to anyone. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible. Great job Nick and Roof It Forward!!!

Highly recommend Brent Ludlow at Roof it Forward, he was prompt at completing a free assessment of our roof and gutters, partnered to explain the insurance claims process and arrived again to walk a few weeks later with our adjusted. Because of his diligence he was able to partner with the adjuster to get what could have been a pricey out of pocket roof replacement completely covered minus our deductible.
