Alex was awesome to communicate with. He is local and has family down the street so he is invested in our area. When it was scheduled I was at work. I came home and it was clean and the new roof looked awesome. You can not really even tell they were there.

Alex Nagy was our salesperson and he was great from the start to finish. He was very good with communication throughout the whole process.. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with our new roof! One of our neighbors said it was not just beautiful but looked stunning!

Kelly was efficient and professional. He made sure everything was taken care of and even got us a 2nd adjuster because the first one didnt give a fair adjustment. They were out and fixed everything within a few days of approval. Kelly also has kept in touch making sure everything is good with the service. I would recommend them for anyone they are great

Wonderful! Chris Asher our sales rep was very thorough from his roofing bag to his spiral presentation. Chris explained our entire roofing set up to us so we understood everything. You could tell he was going to do what it took to earn our business and he went above and beyond. The cleanup crew was outstanding other than a new roof you couldn't tell they were here. We had a new roof installed and were so happy with how that went that we had new gutters installed which turned out awesome. Chris even come out on a different occasion and brought color boards for us because we wanted to see live examples of a few different colors. No one else had the roof bag Chris had no one else did the spiral estimate that he gave us no one took the time to get us color boards they told us to go online and no one was as knowledgeable or thorough as Chris was. We love Chris and will never use another company for anything that him and his guys offer!!! Chris will be the only person we refer to anyone from here on out and we will always do what we can to help with the Roof It Forward mission. Thank you Chris for all your hard work its greatly appreciated and the roof and gutters look awesome!!

We had a great experience with Mark, from Roof It Forward. He crawled up on our roof and took multiple pictures and showed us the damage (that we had already expected) on our roof. He explained the entire process and helped us talk to our insurance company. He was great to work with. The color and quality of shingles that we had to pick from was good. I was very happy with the choices. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently but beautifully. Our new roof turned out great. We had our new roof put on in June 2018.

It went Great!! Had this company come out and inspect my roof. A gentleman by the name Chris Smith came out and inspected our roof. He was very honest, friendly, and professional. He didn't try selling us everything that we didn't need. He treated us like family not just another ticket number. I will definitely be getting our work done thru Roof it Forward!

I called Chris Asher at Roof It Forward to come out and look at a leak that I had over my back patio area. Chris was very thorough and took the time to not only pinpoint the leak in the patio area but he also checked my shingled roof for any issues of concern. I had honestly prepared myself for the worst but when Chris completed the inspection of my property and told me that my roof was in good shape and only needed a couple minor things I was very very impressed and I could tell that he was not just their to make money but to earn a customer. He explained to me the process of everything he would be doing and looking for, then he came in and showed me some photos and video of my problem areas and explained why the areas were of concern. He was also very knowledgeable of his company and explained to me why he loves it so much and the reason behind why he loves being a part of it and it was very touching. I can honestly say for any service that Chris and his team offer I will only use them. Chris earned me and my son for life as customers. Service and everything about this company was fantastic. From Wes Phoebus coming out at night to make arrangements for the crew to come out to Craig Stevens going above and beyond with calls,and emails to make sure everything was going right. The installation with everything went fantastic and the quality of work is fantastic. We are so glad we chose Roof it Forward. Jennifer Wittkamp
