The installation went well, but in early 2013 we noticed cracks and chips in several places. We contacted Stan Baber (President of Americoat of Indiana) and he assured us the product was easy to repair and the would be out to fix it. Over the next 5 months we spoke with Stan three times and  three times he assured us they would be out to make the necessary repairs but did not show up. In early 2014 the chips became much worse and more in number. I again spoke to Stan Baber and twice he assured us they would be out as they would be in the Greenwood area the following week. To date they have not shown up. The product is flawed and the service is non existent.

I called Americoat to give me a quote for texturing the concrete around our pool. I gave them a $500 deposit and told them that we wanted to go forward. After doing some additional research, I called and canceled the work within 3 days of giving the deposit. I talked with Stan and told him we were going to hold off - he said that was fine and he would tear up the deposit check. As a precaution, I issued a stop payment on the check with my bank. 2 days after talking with Stan, he attempted to cash the check but was denied because of the stop payment.

WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK. THEY STARTED TO POWER WASH THE AREA BUT NEVER CAME BACK TO DO THE REST OF THE WORK. WE ARE AT THE END OF OUR ROPE. WE HAVE CALLED AND CALLED, BUT WE KEEP GETTING PUT OFF.
