Brian and his team were very professional and did an excellent job replacing my roof. Brian came in and explained everything to me ahead of time giving me the confidence that I choose the right contractor. He went over each step and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Brian took plenty of pictures of the damage and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered. I would highly recommend Allen Contracting and should the need arise, they will be my first call for help.

The roof was at the end of its lifespan. It was original to the house and you could tell shortcuts were made in materials and its installation. Add to that the fact it is not a simple roof which meant due to the combination of complex angles, varying pitches and multiple strange intersection points, the roof had a history of small leaks over the years. With winter approaching rapidly and tired of the whack-a-mole approach to finding and fixing leaks when they occurred I decided it was time to replace the original roof and have it done right. Brian, of Allen Contracting, was very responsive and hands on the entire process. While Allen Contracting was near the top of the quotes I received, after interactions with multiple roofing companies, I came away feeling the most confident in moving forward with them. Brian answered multiple emails from me over the course of several weeks prior to the final decision being made as I went through a fairly exhaustive apples to apples comparison of services offered, materials, warranties, etc. between Allen Contracting and several other companies. Brian was always quick to respond and willing to work with me. Once the job began, Brian was onsite the majority of the time with his crew, who were quite efficient and did a great job, btw. I would absolutely recommend Allen Contracting to others in need of a new roof.

Had some communication delays at the beginning, but everything went smoothly after i meet with the owner of Allen Contracting Inc. The service wasn't done till one month after I have purchased the service on Angie's list, but that's mainly due to the summer storm weather. They seem very knowledgeable for what they were doing, easy to talk to and give a fair recommendation. While working on the roof, they will video tape any findings and show it to and and explain to you if you ever have any question. I was working and away from my house while they were fixing my roof, but i still received the video via text with voice explaining,

Brian was awesome. He quickly responded to emails, text messages and phone calls. He was also willing to be present while the claims adjuster was looking over our house. He threw in the ice guard for free and was also there when his crew was actually doing the work. The crew did a great job with clean up and was very mindful of my land scaling. Brian introduced me to several of the crew members witch left me feeling confident in the team he had. Brian was also very friendly and very good at making sure we were getting all that we needed personally. Information was easily abstained and very detailed. All in all Brian and his team were great and I would recommend anyone to give them a go in the future!

Brian was not the cheapest, but provided the best VALUE. HE TOLD US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, INSTEAD OF JUST SAYIMG WHAT WE WANTED TO HEAR. We left on vacation, when we got back everything was done. Amazing service. My neighbor who is retired from the home improvement business watched the job and was very impressed with ALLEN Contracting

I called Brian and he came the next day and gave me a fair estimate. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave me sound answers to my questions. He replaced the blown-off roof shingles and inspected my roof for further repairs. No other repairs were needed. I was pleased with his work; he was a good choice.. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him.
