They didn't do the very best job. It's the first time we used them, the work wasn't stellar, but so it goes. We've paid them, and we just want to be done with them. Once he started emailing us invoices with doubled amounts and threatening to put a mechanic lien on the house, we just wanted to be done with him. He won't even return our calls, but just sends these emails. They did do some damage to the house and just did a poor job, but it wasn't enough for us to go to Angie's List to report. It's the back end of the threatening emails. We just want to be done with them.

"Wow! What can I say? We did do a good job on your basement to anyone’s standards. Pictures say 750 words. I look forward to reviewing these pictures in my portfolio. I am sorry the only way for you to vent your frustrations is by slashing my reputation on Angies list. I am sorry that you were charged only fifty dollars for the long list of extras we did for you. I am sorry you didn’t follow the contract payment schedule. I am sorry your last check bounced back to your front door. I am sorry you over slept resulting in changing my schedule on our second day. I am sorry you chose to call me 15 times in two hours after I sat in front of your home for 90 minutes waiting for you to get your nap out. I am sorry that all of our invoices and contracts were emailed per your request. I am sorry that I did such a sweet job on your basement, I only wish my home had such slick, glowing, radiant trim and smooth flawless walls. After 7 years in business I have come to realize you can’t please everyone. I am sorry it was you."

He came out on time and showed a great deal of professionalism. He had a lot of knowledge about the products available. He was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him.

They did a great job. He was always available for questions. He was very courteous and extremely professional. The price was a little high but the quality of work made it worth it. I would use a sharper finish again.
