They were prompt, and answered the phone, which is always nice. They seemed reasonable on price, and I know that because I called a couple of other people. The person who came out was a very nice gentleman. They actually came back later because we had a pipe burst and they fixed it at a reasonable price.

They came out promptly to check my sump pump. They installed a back up sump pump to resolve the problem. They also got the pilot light lit to my hot water heater. They were extremely helpful (and even wore booties while in my home). They also recommended some quality contractors for the drywall and mudding repairs that would be needed. He followed up with me, stopping by to check on his work as well as to make sure that I was satisfied with the other contractor that I was using for the additional work. Clint is a decent, honest person who did not take advantage of me during this difficult situation. I would highly recommend them to others!

We got Clint's name from a friend, set a time for him to come out, and he was on time. He was clean and respected my home by putting shoe covers on. I then took his card and took him to the basement. There he explained to me my problem. He also showed me how to check to see if the pump is bad. He then told me of the different kinds of pumps out there and the good and bad points of them. He recommended installing a Zoller sump and a PHCC 1750 battery back up. Clint said that the battery back was the most dependable pump he had installed. I then left him to do the job, and two hours later the job was done. Clint had used jip ties on the cords to keep them out of the way. He also cleaned up the work area and disposed of the old plumbing. He then explained how to operate the battery back and ran it threw all the different things it could sound an alarm for and what to do. He then told me that he would finish my bill. The prize was what he had said, and I paid the bill.
