To date, the contractor has failed to contact us after leaving to numerous to count voice mails and even messages left with employees to return our calls to discuss financial restitution. Customer fulfilled our financial obligation with the expectation the contractor would do as he was contracted and verbally said he would do.
Description of Work: Had a contract with said contractor for a variety of tasks and also supplying materials/labor needed for a retaining wall/paver patio. All tasks were completed including the excavation of area to construct retaining wall/paver patio which was included in the contract and payment was made in full with the understanding the contractor would fulfill his obligation of materials/labor once wall and patio was completed. Contractor verbally reinforced that he would fulfill his obligation without concern. Once the retaining wall/paver patio was completed by us the customer we contacted the contractor for the paid materials and labor needed to complete the project. Left numerous voice mails with no response. We proceeded to buy the necessary materials and provided the labor to complete the project due to concerns of damage if left incomplete. After this work was completed we continued to try to contact the contractor for reimbursement of materials/labor with no response except one contact which the contractor said he would stop by the residence and resolve the issue. Contractor failed to show and again we continue to leave messages to seek financial resolution.

We discovered a contractor in the Nineveh area that we used several times. The owner is Jim Little. We asked about building a shed and he gave us an estimate in February. Being as the winter was pretty rough this year, he started building it in March. He started the flooring and by the time we returned from vacation, it was done. He installed a ramp to put the riding mower in. We also wanted to buy a hot tub and needed a pad. He put 4 X 4 X 8's around the side of the deck where we wanted it and smoothed out the dirt and then used pea gravel for the base. He then installed two fence pieces to block the tub from the street. He also gave us the name of am electrician to install the wiring for the tub. While the electrician was under the crawl space, he noticed mold on the wall. Jim came out and dug all around the foundation, (I should also say he does have helpers to do the work) painted the foundation under the level of the ground, placed plastic on it and filled the hole with more pea gravel. He told us that would then give us three layers of protection from any moisture. Part of the digging was pretty intense as they had to dig under the deck. Jim is very professional, very friendly, and very accommodating. He saved us some money by altering some things without compromising the quality of the work. We have been very happy with the work that he has done for us. He does not get a lot of publicity, although he is advertising in the local newsletter we receive. He recently moved into a new office on Nineveh Road about halfway between Prince's Lakes and Cordry-Sweetwater Lakes. He can do any kind of remodeling and construction.
Description of Work: Build shed, built pad for a new hot tub, installed fence around hot tub, discovered mold under crawlspace and fixed.
