TOWN & COUNTRY POOLS

TERRIBLE!!!! We had asked them to quote a new pool liner about 2 years ago. They were about 20% higher than everyone else, so we chose another company. When we asked them to open our pool this year (2011) the owner REFUSED saying he wouldn't do business with us because we didn't buy the pool liner from him. Here's the AMAZING THING: For the last 2 years we have bought ALL chemicals and pool accessories from them and been what we considered a very loyal customer. They actually put one of our pools in originally! I guess since we were unwilling to pay $400 more (over the competitive cost of the pool liner - blood money???) we are now on their BLACKLIST? We find it amazing that this company has such a cavalier attitude and feels the need to "get even" for us not buying something from them simply because they were 20% more than ANY OTHER supplier! Amazing ARROGANCE and really POOR BUSINESS! Last time I checked there were 9 Pool Installation and Service companies in the Tri-State Area. I would suggest that this company be your LAST CHOICE. If you do choose them just hope that you don't do anything that somehow offends the owner. If you do beware that he will BLACKLIST you! We have never had such an UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE in over 50 years of dealing with service providers. Fair Warning for those who decide to use this company.......
