The technician arrived on time and went right ro work. He was very courteous, professional and prepared. He had all the necessary tools and supplies on his truck.

The gentleman arrived on time, went right to work, and answered any questions I might have had and then cleaned up and it was like he hadn't been here EXCEPT FOR THOSE BEAUTIFUL GUTTERS I have.

A piece of our flashing came loose on a second story eave of our house, which happens to be over a very steep driveway. They came out the next business day and had it repaired quickly. I would hire them again in the future. I appreciated the follow-up call the next day just to check in to see if everything was done well.

From the advice of a friend I was given Brad's information to contact about my garbage disposal unit not working. After a quick phone call Brad let me know that he could come check it out in the next 2-3 days. He called me the next day to see if I was home because he was in the area and could take a look. When he got there it was such an easy fix it wasn't something he was going to charge for he just told me to remember him when I had a bigger project in the future. I tipped him $20 because I couldn't let him leave without some for of compensation but I was pretty impressed there are still honest fair people out there.

Nearly all correspondence was done via messages through Angie's List, which was helpful to me. When I sent questions, I received a prompt response. Team Handy looked at the soffit while I was at work, sent me an estimate, and with my approval came back and fixed it. They were very easy to work with, which I found helpful due to my busy schedule.

Team Handy ordered the doors and hardware. The quality of the doors was excellent.

While fixing the drywall on the ceiling, Brad was able to find the source of the leak on our roof. He fixed that, as well.
