Not well. Did not even clean up after himself. Said he thought electrical work would be four to five hundred dollars was a lot more. I am embarrassed I ever recommended this company. Did not clearly communicate with elderly person who did not realize drywall would have to be added by another contractor. Thought a new toilet and sink faucets would be replaced for the original quoted price. We do not feel we got a good value and that the price was really too much for what was provided.

Provider was very detailed, very professional. Completed project in stated time.  Checked back with us a week later to see if we completely satisfied with installation.  That and the job they did was impressive.

I've used them on several occasions in the past and always been happy with their work. I feel their price is fair for the work they do.

They were called and responded within 2 hours on a regular business day. arrived promptly , evaluated the issue, took care of the issue. I asked for addition work of replaceing a 4" sewer line section that was not related to the initial problem. They went to pick up up the needed parts and returned within the hour to complete the work. ALL total about 5 - 6 hours of work and I was pleased with the final price of $230.

Plumber and helper were pleasant and professional. The finished price was over 1/3 less than another companies quote.

Rent-A-Plumber employees (2) arrived at the scheduled date and time. They removed existing Water Heater and began rerouting copper plumbing to install a new Water Heater. In this process they routed the plumbing to install a new Sterling Water Softener. The workmanship was outstanding and was completed in about 3 hours. They cleaned up the work area and hauled off the old Water Heater. Their knowledge and professionalism was second to none. The system has been in service for about 3 weeks now with no issues. I had forgotten how a soft water shower felt. The only minor issue I had was, that immediately after the system was operational the main installer didn't encourage any questions in regards to the operation of the system. I ended up asking him a few questions. He satisfied my questions.

I contacted Rent A Plumber about redoing and moving (an inch or so) our plumbing to the tub/shower in the main bathroom. All demolition was completed prior to their arrival. We simply needed plumbing redone and a new tub and shower surround installed. The plumber arrived promptly the scheduled day with one helper. The pair of them worked together well, stayed on task, were professional and very efficient with time and supplies. We will definately have them back when we are ready to have drains and water supply lines replaced at the sink; and for the next bathroom!

Called the company on the 14th and they came on the 15th.  Plumber was very friendly and professional.  He fixed the leak in a timely manner and all has been well so far.

They were very good. Very cooperative and was good at explaining what they were doing. Nice experience.

They were very professional and we were very happy with their work. They acted like they knew what they were doing. Lot of times we got people down in here, who didn’t know what they were doing and made you feel kind of weird as if you didn’t trust their work. These people I could tell that they knew what they were doing and they did, because after they left we did not have any problems. I kind of thought they were reasonable. People could trust them. They knew what they were doing and did the job right.

Very professional, they put clean drop cloths over our carpet and even removed their shoes when needed, the job was done on time and at the quoted price we would highly reccomend them to anyone.
