+ -1 moreI paid for the work, have the cancelled checks, but he did not complete work. I requested a refund of $1,168.00 for work not done. I have tried to contact him many times but he repeatedly says he will complete the job, but never shows up to do any work. I guess my next step is to go to small claims court. I did go to small claims court. He skipped town and the sheriff couldn't find him to serve him papers so I am just out that money.
Description of Work: Invoice from Housman Construction for repair of picket fence and wash out area. Install new deck railing, build deck addition, install customer supplied gazebo kit.
