These people are horrid. Tried to steal $2700 from me that wasn't part of the contract after closing.

Not very well. We asked to be shown a building lot and Richard Raber told us we could go on our own to look at the property. He later called to inform us that he had showed the property to another couple but that we would have first priority in making a bid on the property because we looked at it before they did. He did not present us with a copy of the covenants and restrictions for the property prior to me signing a purchase contract. When I asked him why he did not give us a copy of the covenants and restrictions on the property prior to me signing a purchase contract, he said he assumed we knew there were covenants and restrictions on the property because we had looked at the property so many times. He told me he wasn't sure I could get out of the purchase contract once I told him we were no longer interested in the property. I signed a release from the contract eleven days ago. He texted my wife yesterday to tell her that he was checking with the listing agent to see if we will get our deposit back. He said he would notify us yesterday the verdict on the deposit. He never contacted us. Is that a surprise? I will be speaking with his boss tomorrow to inform her of Mr. Raber's professional abilities. I seriously doubt if I will get my deposit of $500 dollars back, but I will inform Mr. Raber's boss at ERA First Advantage Realty, the Better Business Bureau, the Indiana State Board responsible for licensing Realtors and anyone who has a pulse and is willing to listen to my complaints. Stay away from Richard Raber at ERA First Advantage Realty in Newburgh, IN. The man is manipulative, he is a lier and I question if he broke the law by not giving us those covenants and restrictions prior to me signing the purchase contract.

Everything went well and we got a home we wanted.
