Jim did a great job fixing my windows. It didn't take him long to determine what the issue was and got my windows to open in a quick and efficient manner. Jim was very happy to help me with removing the bird from my air vent, and he was able to secure the vent in order to prevent this from happening again!
Will definitely use him again to fix various issues that I need help with.
