Their service was terrible. They did not call me back, and after about a week I called again, and finally got a call back. We set an appointment time, and they never showed up or called. Terrible service!

They came out and did the job that they were supposed to do and cleaned up everything. I really don't have a problem with anything they did.

1st, they severed an irrigation line.  So, we were unable to water our newly laid sod.
2nd, the sodded first then landscaped.  So, our sod was - in some places - tramped.
3rd, quality of product installed is very, very low.
4th, they were arrogant.
5th, they were in many respects careless.
6th, they were arrogant.
7th, they severed an irrigation line and failed to repair the line and blamed the irrigation company that installed the irrigation system.
Do not - I repeat - do not use this company!!!!
It is in the best interest of the general public if this company were to go out of business!

If you want incompetent, unprofessional and low quality
service, Tuttle's is the right choice.  During the landscape installation,
they cut through an irrigation line, then put a tree right in the middle of the
severed line.  Although they did provide a hose and sprinkler to help
irrigate a 1/4+ acre lot, they failed to offer to fix the problem.  In
fact, they told us to inform the irrigation company that installed the
system. 
The quality of sod and shrubs installed were horrible.  Admittedly,
Drees may have dictated the size of shrubs; a reputable company would have
upgraded a slight bit.
I don't fault the laborers.  I fault the Tuttle management team.  A company is alway - I repeat - always a reflection of leadership.
Do not - I repeat - do not use this company!  The best
thing for the general public is for this company to go out of business!

WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS OF TUTTTLES SINCE 1998 AT LEAST. JOHN TUTTLE, THE OWNER, HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE AND CARING. HE HAS EXCELLENT PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE PROJECTS AND THEY MAKE CERTAIN THE JOBS ARE WELL DONE. THEIR POND CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE (THEY DID OURS) LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION INSTALLATIONS ARE THE VERY BEST, IN OUR OPINION. MIKE TIBERI AND MIKE BORGMAN ARE TWO OF THE KEY PEOPLE AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND TIMELY IN GETTING BACK TO US WHEN WE CALL. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR ALL OF OUR ABOVE MENTIONED NEEDS.
