They were great! They were very professional and friendly. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable when service people come to the house, I was not at all with these gentlemen. The process was fantastic. I could walk on my carpets as soon as they left. My carpets look awesome! I have had Chem-Dry and Stainly Steamer come out and my carpets look a million times better with this product.
