Excellent installation of storm door plus he adjusted the front door too. He did an outstanding clean up after the work was completed. Even his work van is well organized and clean on the inside.

I didn't know where the leak was coming from as water appeared on the floor at base of tub. Problem Solved went through several steps to track down the source of water. He did extras around the house without me even saying anything. Door knob was not working properly, He noticed that I had no caulk around my sinks in the bathroom and kitchen. He fixed them for me. Great clean up too!!!

Excellent workmanship!!! For starters he laid canvass tarps on the floors to keep any debris from harming the floor and also helped contain the dust and debris. He cleaned up all dust and particles with a sweeper when all work was complete.

I needed some help with a home project I was doing myself. I needed to find someone who would sand or plane some older oak plank flooring that I scavenged from a spare bedroom to use in replacing a large section of hardwood in a central area of our house. I found Elroy Richardson and was very pleased with his service. He ran all the planks through his planer and got them back to within a week. He gave me excellent input (I solicited it) on some technique questions I had on the project and couldn't have been more courteous and meticulous. Very high quality and reasonable prices.
