Beautiful windows, excellent, professional crew. They were top-notch in every respect.  Windows wrapped and caulked, clean up was supurb.  Price was reasonable.  Other quotes were so high it would have required a loan just to replace these windows.  A house could have been built entirely for the amounts we were quoted.  He came highly recommended by others who had used him.  Has a long history of home remodeling and is well thought of in the community.  Now, I join the chorus.

I explalined to Bill what I had in mind for my kitchen. He measured the counters and walls and gave me information so that I could select my tiles. He then began the process of removing the 12" granite tiles from my counters (approx. 40 sq ft - what a mess) and then prepared them for the 4" tiles that I had selected. He knew that I had family coming in over the Memorial Day weekend, so he made sure the counters were completed and ready for use by that time. After the weekend, he returned to complete the walls. I had selected a larger tile of another color as well as mosaics to blend the counter tiles and wall tiles of different colors. Originally Bill suggested I use bullnose to complete the wall tiles, but the shape would not work with my windows and trim (too bulbous), so I returned to Lowe's to select another style that would. Installing the 6" wall tile in a diamond rather than square pattern took slightly longer than Bill had anticipated, but the work was still completed by the end of the week because Bill and his assistant stayed late into the evening to wrap up the walls. The transformation of a very ordinary kitchen to a European look is fantastic. I'm very pleased with the results and especially appreciate Bill taking the time to explain the process and problems to me along the way. He is great to work with, and I have every expectation that I will hire him again in the future.

Learned about Bill Peacock from a colleague who recommended him. Phoned him and told him the situation - a kitchen cabinet was leaning from the top away from the wall. I had removed all the dishes from the cabinet, not knowing the extent of the problem. Bill came out to look at the situation the very next day after his work on a project in Carmel ended for the day. He assessed the problem and offered me several remedies. I asked if I should buy a new cabinet since the brand is carried at Lowe's and is probably stock. He said that I could if I wanted to go to that expense but also suggested a repair that would likely work. I opted for his repair. He surprised me by coming over the following day and taking care of the problem within about a half hour. Cleaned up after himself. Left my kitchen in good shape and a cabinet ready to take on the weight of the dishes once again.
