On my way home from work, I remembered I had told my daughter that I would bring her home new sand for her sandbox. We live in a pretty secluded location and I drive through New Palestine on my way home. At 7:02 pm, I pulled in the parking lot (not knowing that they close at 7 pm). A gentleman (who Im assuming was a manger) was just locking the doors as I pulled up. He asked me what I needed and I told him play sand. He told me to drive around to where it was. I pulled up, and he loaded the sand and told me I could come back to pay tomorrow. I was shocked! He had no idea who I was or even if I would come back and pay, which of course I did. I thought it was a very nice gesture. It was late and we both wanted to get home. It is this type of above and beyond customer service that makes me want to become a loyal customer. We now go there when the need arises and are happy that our dog is welcome to come along shopping with us. She even gets a cookie at the checkout! Kudos to Do It Best!

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, PROMPT, AND REASONABLE. THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THEN THE LARGE STORES, BUT IT IS WORTH IT THE WAY THEY TREAT YOU.
