The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly, on schedule and as promised. Due to a rainy spell, the lawn was not in when we closed. However, as soon as weather permitted, about ten days after closing the lawn was done. There were a few touch up items that were handled promptly. After ten months in the house we have had zero problems. The home is very soundproof, energy effcient and comfortable. We have been very satisfied with the overall quality. Beattey worked very closely with our mortgage company. Between the two, they made the purchase process very relaxing and satisfying. Of the four homes we have owned this was by far our best purchase experience.

WE WERE LOOKING TO BUILD AND SENT MIKE A LETTER AS TO WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN A NEW BUILD. WE QUICKLY LEARNED THAT TO HAVE A HOME BUILT TO OUR SPECS WAS OUT OF OUR PRICE RANGE. HE QUICKLY PHONED US BACK AND TOLD US THAT HIS COMPANY HAD A HOME ON THE MARKET THAT FIT OUR SPECS AND WAS IN OUR RANGE. NOT ONLY DID HE SET UP THE DEAL, BUT HE BOUGHT OUR EXISTING HOME SO THAT WE COULD CLOSE THE DEAL WITHOUT HAVING 2 MORTGAGES! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. HIS NEW BUILDS ARE BEAUTIFUL SHOW HOMES AND HIS REAL ESTATE STAFF ARE TOP OF THE LINE PROFESSIONAL. WE CLOSED THE DEAL AND WE WERE MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THAT PHONE CALL!

WHEN WE MOVED IN WE SAW THEM TOUCHING UP AREAS THAT THEY SAID THEY WERE PAINTING. SINCE THEN, WE'VE HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH OUR HOME BEING FILLED WITH CONDENSATION. WE HAVE A 10 YEAR WARRANTY, AND WE CAN'T GET THEM TO COME OUT AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT.
