General Remodeling
THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN A HUGE DISASTER. WE HAVE MADE SOME MISTAKES IN THAT WE PAID THEM OVER $20,000 AND THE JOB STILL IS NO WHERE NEAR BEING DONE. THERE HAVE BEEN A MYRIAD OF PROBLEMS INCLUDING DELAYS IN SCHEDULE, SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, AND BROKEN PROMISES. THE CONCRETE BLOCK POURED FOR THE FOUNDATION OF THE MASTER SUITE WAS OFF BY 2" FROM ONE SIDE TO THE NEXT, OUR NEW JACUZZI TUB WAS GOUGED AFTER HE DROPPED THE TUB PUMP IN THE TUB, AND HE INSTALLED THE WRONG SIZE WINDOW AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR HIS MISTAKE. HE CONSISTENTLY ASKED FOR MORE MONEY DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS WITHOUT PROVIDING ITEMIZED BILLS AS PROMISED. AFTER HE MADE HIS MESS, WE'VE HAD TO HIRE NEW ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, AND HAVE HAD TO DO MUCH OF THE WORK OURSELVES DUE TO THE FINANCIAL BIND HE'S PUT US IN. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!
