Builder did not finish completion of our home. Punch list was never completed; which includes trim missing in 2 rooms, gap in flooring to exterior garage door, missing lockers rod & shelf in laundry room, damaged kitchen cabinet door durning construction& never replaced as stated he would, back porch wood beams are splitting top to bottom, exterior metal ledge is pulling up & has sharp edges which has cut 7 different visitors arms, exterior bricks are chipped/broken where builder ran screws through ledge into brick, yard has not been back filled or drainage system was not properly installed & have drainage issues, yard also needs a finished grade, and lastly we were never supplied a list of subcontractors for our home warranty purposes.
