Brad and Scott are very personable. One of them is always on the job site and available if needed. Have had many mowers over the years and finally found Heartland to be the BEST!

Out of the different companies we've tried over the years, Heartland is the most educated, knowledgeable, expert, and caring lawn maintenance business we've discovered. We have several problem areas in our yard that they always treat with special attention. Also, you always deal with the owners, not someone in an office or other employee. HIghly recommend.

weekly mowing this summer and all is excellent

We used Heartland for the first time last spring to mow and apply lawn treatments as needed. They were very knowledgeable as to what the lawn needed and were timely with mowing services and applications. They were careful not to blow grass on parked vehicles in the driveway and left the property looking aesthetically pleasing every time. After speaking with some neighbors, it turns out this company has been charging less than they pay for and our lot is just as big or bigger than the neighbors'. The neighborhood has very nice custom homes in Geist and Heartland made this yard look just as nice or nicer than other lawns!

They are reasonable and competitive in price. We were about their first or second customer and we have been with them as they have grown but we still get the personalized service. Our grass looks better than it is ever looked. We used a lot of lawn services in the past and we never had one that makes the lawn look as good as that we make it ourselves. They make it look good every time. They also do our fertilizing and all that. The just do it when they come and it is not something that we have to think about. They just bill us together for everything and we pay online.

They do a great job. They give personalized care. They communicate with you and let you know what is going on. They don't do thing that don't need to be done. They do some little extra things. They are very cooperative. They are also very reasonably priced. They are professional and know what they are doing. They will look at things and tell you if there are any other problems and recommend somebody who can take care of it. We have recommended them to many people and they are all satisfied with them.

They did a great job. They aerated our lawn in two directions for a very reasonable price. They were very professional and cleaned up as they did the work. We would definitely use them again.

The first visit was fabulous, our lawn never looked better. Brandon did a great job and we were really pleased. Over the next month, we saw less and less of Brandon and someone else would come and do the work and not nearly the quality that Brandon had originally done. Many weeks they were barely here 25 minutes and no edging or trimming was done like we had originally contracted for. We eventually had to hire an additional lawn service to come out and do the trimming and cleaning up of our lawn, beds, and trees. Brandon did apologize for that and said he would pay to cover the costs of having another team have to come do the work. But, we should not have needed to get someone else here to do work we had hired Heartland to do for the duration of the summer. I know towards the end of the summer we were in a drought, but we would not see anyone from Heartland for weeks at a time, not even to cut down weeds or clean the mulch beds. Overall, we were pretty disappointed because we had such a great first impression and then were left with a poor impression and bad looking lawn by the end of the season.

They gave good suggestions and they also listened to the things that I wanted that were different from the ordinary. They were very willing to work with me. They did an excellent job, and I would use them again.

Our yard was a disaster area before Heartland. The gentleman who did the estimate took the time to discuss what I wanted in detail, as opposed to some companies, who showed up without my knowledge, then mailed their estimates. The guys gave us the lowest estimate of all the companies we asked. On the day, they arrived in a timely manner (a few minutes early, even), and stayed until it was all done. I have a new yard- it looks beautiful! I even asked them, that day, to cut around my fence and they complied. Then they didn't bother charging me, since they'd already written out their invoice (usually a $30 job). Responsiveness was a trifle slow, on occasion, but not a serious issue.

It was a great experience overall and especially for the price. It is hard to find trusting and honest people into his type of business and I am confident that I have found both things in this company. I will certainly use them for all of my lawn care needs from now on.
