Double R Services LLC

This is the second time I've used Double R Services LLC.  They do an awesome job!  I've had some major repairs that they took care of quickly and effectively.
I initially hired Rick and his partner after I had repair work that was done by a large well known provider my insurance company recommended.  I had a very bad experience with the contractors the insurance company recommended so I was very nervous about having Rick work on my bathroom.  He completely renovated it and it turned out fantastic!  When he was done I showed him my kitchen floor.  The kitchen floor was sinking in badly.  Rick went under the house and discovered that the stove was resting on a gas line!  As a quick fix he installed a board under the refrigerator and stove to rest on.  Rick told me that my floor joists were rotten and that there was a line (probably to an ice maker) that had water running from it.
When the previous contractor (from the insurance company) laid the new flooring there was an old water line from an ice maker that he put in the luan,  The contractor didn't pull the line all the way through. The water line was running and the new flooring began to sag immediately. Then the  hardwood flooring in the hallyway started to buckle.  I contacted the insurance company repeatedly.  I showed their representative when he came out and did the walk through how the floor was sagging.  No one would help me.  Everyone just gave me excuses.  I saved my money and contacted Rick at Double R.  He and his partner came out immediately and have treated the resulting mold, fixed the floor joists, installed new vinyl sheeting in the kitchen and replaced the hardwood in the hallway.  
I live in a very modest home and I have gotten the impression in the past that contractors think they don't have to do their best work because of this.  But this is not the case with Double R Services LLC.  They always make me feel like the go above and beyond. They trouble shoot and take the time to explain what needs to be done.  They are always polite and professional.  I am so fortunate to have their help.
