I have used Advanced Pool Care for two years. I used them as they are a local business and this company was referred by another local business. Mark and his crew were fast and efficient in opening and closing our spa. Mark also arranged a new cover for the spa and delivered it promptly and even hauled away the old one. I would highly recommend Advanced Pool Care for all your pool and spa needs.

Cost was much lower than other companies offering the same service of opening my pool. Answered the phone on the first call and scheduled my pool opening the same day. The individual who came out and opened the pool was timely and efficient. Once the pool was open the employee gave me the option to put chlorine in on my own and save money or allow them to add algicide and would be most cost. They didn’t just put the product in and I then make me pay for it. Overall a solid experience and will be contacting them to close my pool in the fall.

Great service, very professional

They were able to provide a very reasonable price for the part & installation. The heater was replaced in a little over a week. Much quicker than we expected!

He was awesome

This is the most poorly run business we have ever encountered. The only person in the company that you can talk to about ANYthing, including your scheduled service, parts ordered, and scheduling is the owner and he will not answer your calls or return them nce you have paid. The girl that answers the phones is not allowed to look up your order, check on your order, or explain why your service has not been completed as promised. She only answers the phone and takes messages. They will collect your money and disappear for months - if you finally reach someone they will make up lies as to why they havenâ t shown up to perform the work. Run run run in the opposite direction of this company, if you can even call it that. More like one guy posing as a company.
