They did an excellent job. Extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get the job completed quickly.

They repaired a snapped rope line on one side of our automatic pool cover. They are exceptional responsive. I didn't shop prices because of the urgency of the repair, so I don't know how they compare in that regard but price seemed fair. They were able to repair the cover rather than push for a full replacement and gave us tips on extending the life of the cover we have. The auto cover is out of alignment, but they seemed to do everything they could to get it aligned as much as possible.

Service was prompt and when they told me they would be there. Cleaned up after project and explained everything to me before they left. Will be using them again this fall to close my pool.

Called and spoke with a very nice gentleman, set my pool opening approx two months before the scheduled opening day, never heard back from anyone, pulled in from work on my opening day and had one of the owners and two young men here, they ran into some issues with my since and dispense system, a different gentleman came the next day to finish the install, when i came home from work, the heater had not been turned on, the filter system had not been turned on, they put too much salt in the pool, I sent them an email and heard back from the same first owner that came on site and I was informed that the heater had been tested (impossible) and the pool was ready and that they would come back to check it when they got the chance but they had 5 opening scheduled... So basically I was dropped to the bottom of the priority list since I had already paid. This is the first time I have used these folks, I would not recommend them.

Mark is very responsive with answering questions and getting the ball rolling quickly. Advanced was in the middle of the road of the estimates I received, but I felt so comfortable and confident in Mark and the crews knowledge and professional that a few extra bucks was money well spent. The process from quote to install was seem less. They work quickly and cleanly and most important the finished product is top notch. This was the customer experience every home owner wants.

They are very busy but they are very good. Once they got everything in and could get started they worked until they were done. Very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on care and cleaning. I had a bad pump which we didn't know was bad until we got ready to fire it up. They found me a motor for a good price and got us going. Kids were in it the next day. Great guys!

They were so good to us. We are older and felt very safe and confortable with them in our home. Being dog lovers we were very grateful that they were too. Treated our dogs like us. Petted and were kind with them. Knew what they were doing and did a great job. I ask more questions then average and they were patient and answered all. Great Guys. Thanks

Service personnel showed up on time and made the repair Saturday morning, which is still working. They were supposed to call me Sat. afternoon with a quote for immediate additional work but as of Monday am, I still have not heard from them. I am sure I probably will, as they did not bill me at time of service for current work done, planning to collect at time of additional work. Chris is someone I could trust with the service of my pool and I don't say that lightly.

Danny went over and beyond what I had called to have done and detailed exactly what he had done and what we needed to have done. I am in the process of getting quotes for further work that we need completed on our pool.

From getting the estimate to having the work done, all involved were prompt and professional. Everything was explained in detail. Along with installing the liner, they opened the pool for us. In comparison to a couple of other companies we have used, these guys went out of their way to make sure all was done completely. There were little details that other companies leave for us to do, but Chris and his crew did it all without us asking. Very professional company! Needless to say, we are permanent customers. We were so pleased with how this project was completed, we will highly recommend Advanced Poolcare to anyone who asks.
