They were extremely busy when I went in, but my car was drivable, so I waited about a week for repairs to begin. I took it in for a front end repair after a minor accident but also was interested in having two door dings and a rust spot on the back fender repaired. Chad walked around the car with me and gave immediate quotes on each part. The back-side fender had extensive rust damage underneath, which had finally eaten through the paint where the rust spot showed. Although there were several customers coming in and out, Chad took plenty of time with me, explaining what needed to be done on each of the four repairs and pricing them separately with a running tally so that I could decide what to repair or not.
He also talked about problems with that particular car model, including bulletins about a separate issue I was having. I really appreciated that.
The repairs took 5 working days with pick-up on the sixth working day, so I had to rent a car for 8 days.
The finish was beautiful and the car looked like new when they were done. Their staff was professional, cordial, and responsive and kept me informed throughout the process.

Excellent work.  To look at the front of my truck you would not know it was damaged like it was.  Paint was matched beautifully and there is no difference in the way the truck drives. Brad is great from start to finish. He had done work for us in the past so we went back to him when another vehicle backed into our van. There was a clear fracture in the fender and some minor scrapes. Our van was in and out in two days, as promised, and you can't even tell anything had happened. Would definitely recommend him to others and we'll return if the need arises.

Over 8k total damage to two vehicles repaired with no signs of damage. Excellent work, very courteous and professional. Will definitely take vehicles there again for any bodywork.

Process went well. They provided the estimate and provided the insurance company the information. They returned the car on the scheduled day. No issues were encountered.

I took the car in the day after the accident. They ordered the parts for me. They had the part within 2 days. They had my car for a total of three days. They picked up and took back my rental car. They filed all the paperwork directly with my insurance company. You cannot tell the car had been wrecked. I was extremely, extremely pleased with their service. It could not have been easier to have the car fixed! I wish I could give them A Pluses! I have recommended them to at least 3 people since then!

I cannot say enough good things about them. They are honest and very reasonably price. Very courteous and had my car ready ahead of time. It was also washed, waxed, tires cleaned, they above and beyond what was expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
