Estimates for the work and ordering materials was smooth. It took a while to get the carpet, but we expected that. Installation was quick and professional. Quality of the carpet is nice. Owner was easy to deal with.

They did a great job. I had a question about the stairs, but the owner came out and inspected it, which was a plus. They were very honest.
