Overall, it went horribly. I have no problems with the fireplace. I had a BIG problem with the support for it. I called, left messages, etc. to get someone to describe how to light the pilot light. This happened TWO years in a row. Finally, I was faxed the procedure by Terry/the fireplace guy. I had THREE people come over to attempt to get it lit and no one could figure it out. FINALLY (this weeks after my first call), they dispatched a guy to come look at it. He took one look at the fax & laughed. They had faxed me the incorrect info. After he showed me how to light it, I was satisfied. I never did receive the correct documentation (it was not a standard configuration, so I couldn't get the user's guy off of MAJESTIC's web page. I would never buy a fire place from this company.
