Go someplace else!! Too big of a list to list all the reasons not to go here. They sent me my final plans, didn’t go over them with me prior to the start. I didn’t get the house I wanted after losing one to a fire. Communication is terrible. The dry wall crews were drinking on the job. I picked out interior and didn’t get half of what I wanted for multiple reason. They looked at my insurance policy and said they could get my money and didn’t. They don’t keep good accounting as I paid for an invoice received and they didn’t apply it right. During demolition of the old house the crew was to clean out the garage only, instead they cleaned out the whole house, getting rid of my grandma’s antique furniture I wanted, valued at $5,000 and not even an apology. No warranty for work done only manufacturer warranty, so I have to get online and print those. Too many things to mention, just go somewhere else!! Especially If you are looking at them after a house fire!!

So now here we are in September paying thousands of dollars because the roof and gutters were not done properly and have flooded my basement. Wouldn't ya know. Brad doesn't answer his phone.

We had a lot of discussions on the order in which the 1st and 2nd job should be done so that there would be little or no ripping out of work already done. He was very patient with all my questions. Once the permit was in hand the work went quickly. It was a verry good quality of work. No leaks and it looks good.
I had no land scaping and it was very weedy, however the clean up could a been better.
I definately hire this contractor for the next phase.

There were a few problems with the roof repair work they did. I had trouble following up with them to get it fixed. I would not call them again.

The job went well. Their cleanup was immaculate and they came out as soon as they said they would to stabilize the house. The work they did was well done and the only complaint I have is that they didn’t communicate a lot.

The actual workmanship was very good, and the craftsman were talented and professional. We had many walls repaired and painted and they turned out well. However, the contracting/scheduling of the work was very frustrating. In addition, I hired a separate flooring company to replace our damaged slate floor; I did all the scheduling, communication, and paid the upfront cost with them. Eagle wanted to add 20% of the flooring company's bill to their contracting fee saying they were a "subcontractor" of their's. Of course, I refused to allow this to happen. Without my approval and against my explicit instruction, Eagle instructed the floor installer THAT I HIRED to lay the slate PRIOR to Eagle fixing the walls and painting in the same room the slate would be laid in. In the very beginning, Eagle told me the slate floor must be laid first so it would not be damaged as they did extensive work on the two-story walls. Yet, when it worked better for Eagle's scheduling, they attempted to switch things around. Again, I had to put my foot down. I was also told not to worry about moving things out of rooms and that Eagle would make sure this got done. The day before the work was to begin, not a single thing had been covered or moved. My husband and I had to quickly schedule movers, a storage unit, and pack up our great room and dining room. Later, in spite of their assurance's that they would take care of any other moving of things, I had to take care of it.

I would say overall, I would hire them myself for a job, but I would keep an eye on them from time to time.
