I found out in November I had leak in my 17yr. old roof and would require a new roof hopefully before winter. I called Byers Construction on a Saturday and Ron promptly called me back in a few hours. He came out that following Monday to look over the job and he said he would email me an estimate. The estimate came in a few days and explained everything his crew would do and an itemized break-down of all materials and labor. His crew showed up on a Friday at the time mentioned and worked very hard until the job was done. I called Ron the next day with a few issues to be fixed and he said he would send out Ben on Monday. Ben showed up at 8am. and I explained to him the issues and he fixed them until I was completely happy. This is a company that just doesnt disappear after the job is done. Ron and his team go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and this kind of service is hard to find now days. Ron was even nice on the phone when I was "not so nice" about the little issues. In closing Ben is a huge asset to this company. Thanks Ron

Wonderful, I didn’t know service like that still exist. Came after I called. Showed up on time to check out what was causing the link. Dave even took off his shoes and was very nice. He said they would call me and without in a hour and they did. They even fixed it that afternoon. The cost was better than I hope for. When I replace my roof they will be the one I call. Several other company wouldn’t even come out because they said it was too small of job. Best serves I had in years. Thank you

Ron's great. His roofers finished mine in a day when some of my neighbors' took 2 days. I had 3 interactions w/ him after that, including a question about a part of my roof. His crew came out immediately and addressed it, often beyond my expectation. I'd recommend him.

We hired Byers Construction Inc to replace our roof. From the first contact the service was professional, courteous, and timely. The product options presented appeared to be just what we needed. The crew was able to get he job done (tear off, skylight replacement, new asphalt shingles) in one very long day, but they kept at it until it was done. Clean up was good as well. We would definitely do business with Ron and his crew again and are happy to recommend their services.

I am very pleased with the job that was performed. It was delayed one day due to rain, but Ron let me know and it was not a problem. The crew showed up at 6:30am and was finished around lunch. They took care in making sure that none of our landscaping or patio furniture was damaged. The crew also did a great job cleaning up. I spent a considerable amount of time researching and getting quotes from at least six other companies before choosing Byers. The price was very competitive. My roof is 2400 sq, and the quotes I received varied from $7k up to $14k.

Workers cleaned up after themselves, only found 4 nails in the backyard, so considering all the debris that came off that roof, not bad!

Byers was not the least expensive, actually they were more costly by a few hundred. However, Ron was responsive to my questions and explained the job his company would do in good detail. They did a great job. On time and cleanup along the way.

We agreed on a price, a color for the roof and a start date. He even arranged for plywood to be laid on the driveway to protect it. His crew arrived about 8:30 am and I was favorably impressed by the young man leading the crew. As I mentioned, my roof isn't the largest in the world, and they worked steadily. They were done with the roof in about 5 hours, then they spent about another hour cleaning up. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard and the surrounding area. I was very impressed with Ron Byers and his crew. I recommend them 100%.

Just sold my house & needed seals fixed before I could close.  Explained this to Mr. Byers & problem was fixed within 24 hours of my inspection; I didn't even have to be there.  It's great to have this kind of responsiveness; helps so much when you are in the middle of a move!  A+

After getting several estimates to have our roof done, we chose Byers Construction.  They weren't the cheapest but getting the estimate was very professional.  A person was sent out, while we were at work, and estimated the cost and left a very nice and professional looking folder with information and the estimate inside.  After choosing them we were given a time in August 2014 to have it done.  To our surprise Ron Byers called and said they could do it sooner - the end of July.  The dumpster was delivered the day before starting and the crew arrived on time the day specified (a Thursday).  The crew arrived shortly before we left for work at 7:45 a.m. and when we arrived home after work (5:30 p.m.) the old layer of shingles on the roof had been removed and the new ones had been started.  The next day the crew arrived again as we were leaving for work and they would have been done by the end of the day but ran out of shingles and had to wait until the next day (Saturday), due to the place they get their shingles had closed for the day.  Only a very small area was left to do. Only a small crew (1 or 2) arrived on Saturday (not early!) to finish up. The dumpster was picked up on Monday. Our house is a two story house and we were surprised how quick the work was done.  The only unfortunate incident was on the second day the cable cord to our satellite dish was cut.  It was a total accident, as it was confused with an old cable tv cord.  My husband called Ron Byers and he was very sorry (the crew foreman had called to let him know it had happened) and told us to deduct $50 for the repairs.  We are very happy with the work and have not have any problems with the roof in the 10 months since it was done.  We would use him again!  The crew not only worked long hours but in the heat too. 

I worked with Ron Byers to perform the roof inspection and to recommend repairs for a home we have purchased.  Ron was very professional, the price was fair, and the job was completed satisfactorily.    The next time I use Byers construction (I do plan to use them again) - I am going to specifically require that the roofers DO NOT  toss their cigarette butts into my yard / on my patio. 

Byers Construction was prompt, businesslike and courteous with all aspects of the job. Ron Byer himself was my contact and he informed me of the work schedule and then kept to the schedule. His crew seemed competent and work proceeded as scheduled. Clean up was done following the project. One small issue I did have was handled promptly with a follow up call by Ron Byers. Byers Construction may be a little higher cost than other roofing contractors but I would pay the difference again .

Very happy with the job done. Entire project was completed within the expected time. Crew was friendly and professional. The project started on time and the work performed demonstrates quality. After the roofing was done the clean up was done quickly & efficiently. Crew took extra precaution to protect the landscaping around the home. I am especially impressed with the owner Mr. Ron Byers, though we never met in person but he was always available thru text & email to answer any Q. Ron is very prompt in responding and quick to do any follow up as needed. He is very respectful in his communications and a complete professional. We are very happy with the work and how the project was managed overall. I would strongly recommend Byers Construction for any roofing job. Our new shingles look beautiful!
