It never worked properly. Every day there is an issue. Then when you call to get service, I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to get someone to get back to me to schedule a call. I am trying to cancel but of course ADT doesn't want to help and this company said they have to wait for ADT. The techs aren trained and do not know the systems It he system works when they use their code to over ride the problems, but once your code is used it doesn't work. Do not waste your time and money!
