THEY HAVE YET TO INSTALL THE PHONE JACK INDICATING THEY WOULD HAVE TO RETURN. THEY'VE PROMISED THEY WOULD BE OUT THE FIRST OF THE WEEK COUPLE OF TIMES AND HAVE YET TO COME. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, EVEN TO A TOLL FREE NUMBER.
