I had a tree fall on my pole barn. After the insurance assessment, I hired JB for the work. He was a very quick, and did a great job at low price. Complete roof remove and replace, along with minor soffit repair. I subsequently hired him for another home improvement project--removing and replacing my gutter guards on both the house and pole barn. Again, very prompt and thorough. I recommend this firm fully.

Mr. McCord was very nice and done my whole roof and replaced the chimney. And the work was done in one day. I have recommended them to all my friends and family members. He was a blessing to this household. The house looks total different with the new roof

I had a heavy tree branch fall onto the barn roof and it penetrated the roof in five different places. I called around and everyone was busy I eventually was able to find JB McCord and they were able to come over right away and do an assessment and give me a quote to repair the damage. They promised to come the following Thursday at 0900 and they showed up right on time. They did an excellent job at a fair price, they were real easy to work with and I will use them again in the future. I highly recommend JB McCord for external house repairs and renovations. Absolutely would not hesitate in hiring JB McCord for our future projects. Did an amazing job. Not only did he fix our leak when he was done we are able to use the juliet balcony, where the leak was, which we had not been able to use since we bought the house. Great experience.

They did a great job! We plan on hiring them again to replace the roof on our detached garage.

Liked him so well I hired him to remove snow from my grooming shop parking lot which he did an exellent job. The parking lot is small and difficult to navigate. He completed our storage shed roof in less than a day. Awaiting weather to break (we have snow and ice) so he can repair damage to roof left by previous contractor

Did a quick and well done job of repairing and replacing some outdoor wood around a bay window. Did an excellent job of power washing and staining the existing deck. Also added an extention to the existig deck.

From spots on my ceiling, I assumed I had something faulty with my roof construction from a replacement 5 years ago. Jason came out quickly to take a look and had the repairs done in 3 business days. He is very professional and I'd definitely hire him again for future projects.

Was held up by the weather for a couple days but that wasn`t his fault.

We had interior leaks resulting from defective chimney cap and flashing. We also had ceiling leak in bathroom. Jason inspected entire roof and determined cause immediately. He provided digital pictures and explained his action plan. Work was completed on time and within budget even though he had additional repairs on the chimney. Highly recommend!!

Irreplaceable contractor....

They were very polite, punctual and I have not had any problems with the repair since it was done. Nothing negative to say at all.

He has work on many jobs for me. He is a quiet guy who is very dependable, honest, and always gets to the root of the problem, and he does the job right the first time. He goes above and beyond expectations, does an excellent job, very happy with the results and I highly recommend him to all.
