Description of Work: They knocked a wall down and removed the rubble.

Description of Work: We had dirt removed from around our home and a swale dug because of previous flooding issues in our basement. We also had a small patch of woods leveled out into three tiers that flow with the original ground layout. Everything was done with craft and skill. Both men worked well through the day and worked as a team. They got things done quickly, efficiently, & at a great price! Overall, this was a great experience. We will definitely have them back again when we need them!

Description of Work: He filled in a swimming pool for me.

Description of Work: Pool Removal for a 27 year old 18 x 36 vinyl liner pool and concrete decking surrounding. Fence, liner, automatic pool cover, pool filter, heater were already removed. Fred disconnected and proplerly re-connected the electrical, removed all concrete, steel walls, and hauled off. He filled and packed the replacement subsoil and applied 3-4" topsoil, grass seeded and strawed the entire pool area plus all disturbed lawn where trucks and bobcat accessed the site. We watered in the seed every other day to keep moist. Now, a month later, the grass has been mowed twice and the rain is settling in with no water pocketing or drainage problems. We had two other estimates that were substantially higher. One did NOT include seeding and straw was $9500, another was going to dose in the concrete and fill with pea gravel for $8000, but we wanted all the debris removed so that it wouldn't cause any future problems for future land usage.
