the work was finished as promised and on time. He offers a one year warranty on parts. We needed an adjustment to the transmission about 10 weeks after the service and they did it quickly and at no charge.

I ended up at Don & Joe's when my truck was stranded on my way to Ohio and I looked online for any nearby shops with good reviews.  Gene arranged the tow back to the shop for me and the truck was at the shop within a half hour.  Even though they were fully booked for almost a week, Gene jumped through hoops to get me taken care of.   I was back on the road later that same day and this was not a small job.  The work was pricey, but otherwise, I could not have asked for better service.  Thanks guys!

I have used them 3 or 4 times now.  I last used them on Friday last.  They are good.  They get the job done.  The only negative is that they don't check for other things.  It's just whatever you tell them is wrong.  The price is always reasonable. I had to get rework done, but it was just a bad part.  They didn't charge me extra though to redo.  They are responsive and punctual.  I will continue to use them.

Gene was honest when asked if he would do the work if it were his van or sell it. He hesitated and asked if I wanted a car payment. I told him I did not ask that. He said he would fix it. He said there was little rust on the undercarriage and the engine was still in great shape and runs very well.

Gene Thompson of Don andJoes has done most of the work we need on our vehicles. We have always been treated fairly. He has always been honest and his estimates are what you pay unless he calls to let you know of an additional problem, which is rare. He always checks things first before offering an opinion.

My car was repaired very quickly and we are very happy with the way we were treated by Don and Joe's. We will definitely depend on them for all our future car repairs!

This was an extensive repair and very time consuming. The garage was very professional and did a great job within a reasonable time.
