He is good, but he is slightly slow in getting to do things, and there is a portion that’s not painted. Sometimes he just doesn’t show up, maybe because of the weather or something. His price is high, I have seven acres, I have a house and two other buildings on it, he doesn’t have to do the whole seven acres, but he charges me $100. I always had an open path around the pond, but he let that go, so now it’s overgrown, and I have to get that done.
