Highly, highly, highly recommend Glass Guru of New Albany for any of your windows that have seal failure.  They are the most reasonably-priced company for the high quality of work they offer.  Glass Guru is honest and will not overcharge for repairs.  The owner even went out of his way to find, and then order, new crank handles for six Caradco windows in our home that were missing.  Save yourself the time and trouble - all you need to call for an estimate is Glass Guru - and you can be confident you are getting the absolute best deal.  I will definitely use them again.

Glass Guru gave us a fair quote after coming the same day I called.  The installation was today.  The window looks fabulous and our room was in the same condition as when he arrived.  All the furniture was put back and the window looks amazing.

Paul was efficient and careful. And fearless, working from an extension ladder to reach our 2d and 3d story windows. The work was excellent - the panes were cut exactly to size on site, and the caulk used to repair the windows blends seamlessly with our existing windows. The price was very fair considering the amount of work done.

Paul went above and beyond what was required. He quoted estimate to repair rotted window frames. He honored quoted price when job took longer than originally estimated and did an excellent job. I would recommend Glass Guru to anyone needing glass or window repair.

I can't say enough good things about the Glass Guru! Several other vendors refused to touch our window because it's in an old turn of the century building and it was in a metal frame. A couple of them gave us outrageous estimates on it. 
The Glass Guru returned my call almost immediately. Made arrangements to look at the window. Replaced the glass and charged an incredibly economical fee. 
What else could you ask for?

The fog repair is not an instant fix. It does take about a month to go away completely.
