In six months, not much happened. Communication was very poor and I often asked what was happening with my home (had there been any inquiries, showings, open houses?). The team just did not seem very invested in selling my home. After six dissatisfied months, I found a replacement realtor and accepted an attractive offer on the house in just over a month.

We had a great experience. He walked us through how to get started. He personally contacted our lender and took care of some of the leg-work. He was easy to get in touch with for last minute showings. The paper work was always on-time and spot-on accurate. He changed his schedule so we could see houses before they went off the market, and he made closing seemless.
